APPROVAL OF ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT AT BAY HAVEN SCHOOL OF BASICS PLUS BETWEEN THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE CITY OF SARASOTA
Description
This agreement will allow for the installation of conduit in the public right-of-way under West Tamiami Circle between the school and the new parking lot for the purpose of fiber optic cable for the security camera system. This agreement has been approved by the School Board attorney.
Recommendation
That the Encroachment Agreement at Bay Haven School of Basics Plus between The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, and the City of Sarasota be approved as presented.
